Why work with me
As a degree qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist I am passionate about restoring optimal health through the use of evidence based nutrition and lifestyle changes and where necessary through the use of nutritional supplements and herbal medicine. I believe in finding and treating the root cause of chronic illness and treating the whole person, not just masking the symptoms, in order to restore vitality and return to good health.
After gaining an understanding of your experience of the condition I can provide a treatment plan that is specifically tailored just for you. Where necessary, tests for Food Sensitivities, Gut Microbiome, Mood Appraisal and MTHFR Wellness can be arranged.
Food sensitivity testing can determine the underlying cause of your chronic digestive issues, can provide answers to your concerns and allow you to eliminate offending foods from your diet.
These highly processed foods reduce the quality of the gastric juices in the stomach, increases intestinal permeability which allows pathogens to flourish in our small intestine. Book an appointment if you would like diet and nutritional advice.
The Mood Appraisal questionnaire is a tool designed to identify which neurotransmitter pathways need support. A questionnaire comprising 66 questions is e-mailed to you and takes around 10 minutes to complete.
