Naturopathic Consultation (Logan & Surrounds)
Initial Naturopathic consultation last for an hour. During this time, I will take a detailed case history and ask questions about various body systems such as the following.
- Gut health
- Nervous system
- Immune system
- Reproductive system
- Endocrine system
- Cardiovascular system
- Renal system
- Musculoskeletal system
- Skin
A brief family medical history will be taken to see if there are any family traits. This is followed by an in-depth review of your diet, as well as lifestyle factors, such as your level of daily activity. For consultations that are in the clinic, a basic physical exam, including blood pressure, pulse, eye, tongue and fingernails, will be conducted.
This is all designed to gain an understanding of how you experience your condition and to look for the root cause of your condition. Following the consultation, a treatment plan is provided, complete with dietary, exercise and lifestyle recommendations. Where necessary, a herbal formula, supplements or amino acids may be prescribed for use in the short term.
Where necessary, various tests can be arranged. I do not believe that everyone needs to be tested, nor do I require tests to be carried out before you see me. Tests come with a price tag and I only order them for specific conditions and only with your consent.
Follow up naturopathic consultation take around 45 minutes. During this time, I review your initial consultation and compare those findings with the progress that you have made since then. Where necessary, a repeat or new prescription may be provided, but the long-term goal is to allow you to get all the nutrition your body needs from your diet.
IN-clinic naturopathic consultation are available of Thursdays and Fridays.
Online naturopath consultation is available via Zoom. You don’t have to be tech savvy or download any software. I simply email a link to you which allows us to connect via video from your home or office. Naturopath online consultation is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Follow up Consultations cost $110 for 45 minutes
